System Engineer

• Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
• Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains
• Use MATLAB for modelling, analysis, and system validation
• Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification, and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment
• Ensure compliance with defence engineering standards and best practices
• Work closely with subject matter experts in EW and RF technologies

• Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments
• Experience using DOORS for requirement management
• Proficiency with MATLAB for modelling and analysis
• Understanding of RF systems and interface design
• Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle
• Comfortable working in an agile environment
• Able to work onsite 4-5 days per week
• Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew)

We're working with a leading Defence & Security organisation delivering cutting-edge Electronic Warfare and RF programmes, and we're looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a key long-term project based in Luton.
