Job description
You will play a key role in maintaining and administering the school's management information systems, ensuring accurate and timely data to support student progress and whole-school decision-making.
The role includes:

Managing and maintaining systems such as Arbor, 4Matrix and ALPS

Producing and analysing assessment, attendance and behaviour data

Supporting the reporting cycle, including interim and summative reports

Providing clear data analysis for senior leaders, subject leaders and governors

Supporting staff in the use of data systems and developing effective tracking processes
Requirements
We are seeking to appoint a skilled and organised Data & Systems Administrator to join our professional and highly committed support staff team. This is a new role, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of data systems across the school., * Have experience in a data, MIS or similar administrative role

Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

Have strong IT and numeracy skills, including Excel

Be able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

Be a proactive team player with strong communication skills
Experience of working in a school environment or with Arbor/MIS systems would be an advantage, but is not essential.
