Senior software engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with senior members of the team on high-impact projects, shipping production code within your first week, and rapidly taking on more responsibility. You will contribute to meaningful work that improves patient care and healthcare operations. Responsibilities

• Scope and lead large projects, addressing ambiguity, creating plans, and ensuring technical excellence.
• Help develop the team roadmap, balancing key technical and product trade-offs.
• Teach and mentor members of the engineering team, modeling best practices in software development.
• Write code in a stack that includes Python and Django on the backend, and React, JavaScript, and TypeScript on the frontend.

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience across multiple functional areas - frontend, backend, platform, services, data, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong technical foundation.
• Excellent communicator who cares about technical and product success.
• Self-motivated and gets things done.

• Base salary range: $170,000-$215,000.
