Job description

  • Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.
  • Once candidate's resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.
  • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
  • All candidates must be a US Citizen, or have permanent residence status (Green Card), H-1B Visa.
  • Candidate must have lived in the US for the past 5 years.
  • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
  • All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or his/her designated representative.
  • Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without previous written authorization. Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at straight time.
  • The enforced dress code is business casual, i.e. collared shirt with slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women.

Requirements

Highest level technical or business area expert in one or more disciplines called upon to address a particular task or environment need. As a technical expert, provides advice and assistance in state-of-the-art software/hardware solutions involving hardware of various capacities, multiple operating environments, database management systems specialized software, data communications facilities and protocols including Value Added Networks, fourth generation technologies, and complex software tools or packages. As a business expert, works with senior client officials to identify enterprise improvement goals, assess organizational and process effectiveness, and implement change strategies. Designs technical and business solutions, mentors and trains client staff, and oversees implementation. Has a high level of diverse technical and industry experience related to studying and analyzing system's needs, systems development, and systems process analysis, design and re-engineering. Have skills and experience related to business management, systems engineering, operations research, and management engineering. Typically has specialization in a particular technology or business application. Keeps abreast of technological developments and industry trends., "* A Bachelor's degree;

  • 5 + years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years of Salesforce Apex, VisualForce and Force.com experience;
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification;
  • Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience with at least 3 or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities and knowledge;
  • Hands on development experience with Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.;
  • Expertise with Salesforce development tools and techniques including the APEX language, Lightning Experience, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, Force.com JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter APIs, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force pages;
  • Proven integration experience using integration techniques such as REST, SOAP APIs, and Single Sign-On;
  • Success building customer facing, web based user interfaces, with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
  • Ability to migrate Salesforce classic features to Lightning Experience, including converting Visualforce pages to Lightning components and/or using Lightning Design System with Visualforce pages;
  • A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE;
  • Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like Jenkins; and
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments.

Additional Preferred Skills/Experience "* Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline;

  • Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, and JavaScript;
  • Experience with Chatter, Communities and other Salesforce apps like SteelBrick. and CPQ;
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, and others;
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Selenium/Jenkins; and
  • Platform Developer II Certification
