Job description
UST is searching for a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure solutions at the client location. This role will be responsible for defining the end-to-end infrastructure architecture, spanning cloud, network, compute, storage, and security.
The opportunity:

Define and drive infrastructure architecture strategy across cloud and on-premises environments.

Act as the primary onsite infrastructure lead, engaging with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.

Architect and manage networking, compute, storage, and virtualization components.

Define infrastructure standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Lead infrastructure automation and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) initiatives using tools such as Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong architecture experience.

Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models.

Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization, storage, and compute systems.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks.

Experience designing and managing secure, scalable enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.

Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices infrastructure.

Experience with cloud security, identity management, and governance frameworks.

Familiarity with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).

Certifications such as AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent., aws,infrastructure architecture,cloud computing,network architecture,storage,infrastructure as code,virtualization
Benefits & conditions
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
