Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Application Support proficient in Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps Services to manage and optimize cloudbased deployment pipelines, Provide expertlevel application support focusing on cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments Utilize Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps Services to enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment CICD processes Monitor troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and reliability Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment and support activities Implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to optimize cloud resource utilization Maintain documentation related to application support procedures deployment processes and incident management Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design implementation and maintenance of DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and AWS DevOps Services Manage incident response and root cause analysis for application and infrastructure issues Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless application deployments and updates Develop and enforce best practices for application support and cloud operations Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on DevOps tools and cloud platforms Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize support processes to enhance service delivery Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards in all support activities Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery planning to support business continuity
