Seeking a hands-on Agile Coach to support multiple IT Operations / Infrastructure teams operating in a high-interruption, reactive Kanban environment. This is an embedded operational coaching engagement, not a Scrum training role.
Looking for someone with proven experience driving sustainable Agile transformations across Ops, SRE, Infrastructure, NOC, IT Support, or Platform teams with varying maturity levels.
Key Experience:
- Agile Coaching across Kanban and operational support environments
- Coaching managers, team leads, and cross-functional IT Ops teams
- Jira workflow optimization, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Change management frameworks and organizational adoption
- Flow efficiency, WIP management, backlog health, prioritization
- Service delivery improvement, operational cadence, continuous improvement
- Experience improving team predictability and reducing operational bottlenecks
- Ability to implement repeatable processes that continue after engagement ends
Must have:
- Strong Agile background beyond Scrum alone
- Experience coaching reactive/support-based teams
- Expert-level Jira knowledge
- Proven track record of successful operational Agile engagements with measurable results
