Job description
- Participate in meetings with Vendors, Architects, System Integrators
- Lead the DERMS platform/Study Automation engineering team
- Lead and collaborate with CDO and DPIT teams
- Lead the integration effort along with System Integrator teams
- Work with Product Management team on roadmaps and resourcing
- Contribute to the integration of software components into a fully functional software system.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on the development of digital products.
- Contribute to IT standards, procedures, and process.
- You'll provide support and mentorship to the engineering team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience in leadership/management roles
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud infrastructure, On-Prem
- Extensive experience with GitHub, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure components
- Experience implementing/deploying/and maintaining COTS products
- Experience extending IaC frameworks to deploy resources in cloud/on-prem
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Hands on technical experience with .Net, React, TypeScript, Python
- Experience using automated CI/CD pipelines
- Several years of technical contribution and leadership in a structured team environment
- Ability to give constructive criticism.
- Strong knowledge of the agile software development process
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Solid communication and documentation skills

Waltham:$151K - $177K a year
Brooklyn:$162K - $190K a year
