  • Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate service personnel or departments
  • Answer and route all incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents
  • Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and handling correspondence
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously

  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, calendar management, and time management effectively
