GRC Archer Network Security Analyst / RSA Archer Specialist

The State of Texas is seeking an experienced GRC Archer Network Security Analyst / RSA Archer Specialist to support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining RSA Archer solutions supporting Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Controls Assurance, Issues Management, compliance monitoring, integrations, and custom Archer applications.

This role requires strong technical expertise in RSA Archer architecture, workflow configuration, REST API integrations, JavaScript/jQuery customization, and enterprise security governance frameworks.

Archer Certified Professional (ACP) OR Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator - Expert Certification Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform architecture and administration Experience implementing and supporting enterprise GRC solutions Expertise in: Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Controls Assurance Program Management Issues Management Custom Archer Applications Workflow Design & Configuration Experience with REST APIs and web service integrations Strong JavaScript and jQuery customization experience Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms Strong understanding of: Risk Management Governance & Compliance Security Control Frameworks Familiarity with: NIST ISO 27001 SOC Regulatory Compliance Programs Experience working in structured change-controlled enterprise environments Excellent communication and documentation skills
