Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Developer to join the development team supporting enterprise banking applications for Citizens Bank. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular development, front-end architecture, API integrations, and modern web technologies. The candidate should be capable of working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance applications., Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular (v12+ preferred)

Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries

Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

Requirements

8+ years of overall IT experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular

Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material

Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine/Karma

Good understanding of responsive and cross-browser design

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking or financial domain projects

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Experience with microservices architecture

Exposure to Node.js or Java-based backend technologies
