Job description
This is entry-level, hands-on work. The hospital team will provide the process, setup, and training. The main job is to help re-image and deploy existing computers according to the provided instructions.
This role is a good fit for students, entry-level IT candidates, or dependable workers who can follow a checklist, stay organized, and commit to a full daytime schedule for the project.
Responsibilities

Re-image desktop and laptop computers using the provided process

Move, connect, label, and stage computer equipment as directed

Follow written and verbal instructions from onsite project leads

Track completed devices and report issues clearly

Keep work areas organized and handle hospital equipment carefully

Follow hospital site rules, confidentiality expectations, and professional conduct requirements
Requirements
Able to work onsite in McAllen, TX, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Available for approximately 6 weeks

Basic computer familiarity

Able to follow step-by-step instructions accurately

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving computer equipment

Willing to complete any required hospital onboarding, screening, or site access requirements
Preferred but not required

Student or recent graduate in IT, computer science, networking, or a related field

Prior experience with Windows computers, imaging, help desk, or computer setup
