Job description

  • Design, develop, and optimize our AI-powered CSR platform, enhancing call handling, scheduling automation, and CRM integrations.

  • Build and maintain integrations with industry-leading CRMs (ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Housecall Pro).

  • Implement and refine AI orchestration logic using technologies like ChatGPT and other NLP & voice processing technologies.

  • Drive architecture and infrastructure improvements for scalability, reliability, and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with our existing senior developers to enhance feature development and ensure smooth deployment cycles.

  • Take full ownership of feature development from ideation to production, ensuring high-quality code and rapid iteration.

  • Engage in team discussions and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Experienced Developer - 5+ years in software development, with expertise in Node.js or similar backend languages.

  • AI/ML Knowledge - Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, and voice processing technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Retell, ElevenLabs, Twilio, AWS Transcribe).

  • API & Integration Expert - Proven experience building and integrating with third-party APIs (especially CRM integrations).

  • Cloud & DevOps Knowledge - Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable application deployment.

  • Proactive & Self-Motivated - You take ownership of problems, drive solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Team Player - Strong collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally

Bonus:

  • Experience working with telephony systems, IVR, or AI-driven voice assistants.

  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and real-time data processing.

  • Previous experience in the home services industry or scheduling automation.
