Job description
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will set strategy and provide technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure. You will lead the engineering teams that keep a largescale digital supply chain running 24x7, driving modernization, reliability, and performance for mission-critical platforms that power the business. This is a hybrid position that requires the candidate to be in the office at least three days a week and be within a 50-minute radius of Temple, TX or Austin, TX., * Lead, mentor, and develop senior infrastructure engineering teams across cloud, servers, databases, virtualization, storage, and automation.
- Define and execute a long-term infrastructure strategy aligned with growth, resiliency, security, and performance goals.
- Oversee the design and delivery of highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-first infrastructure solutions.
- Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, automation, and operational excellence.
- Partner with application, network, security, and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance readiness, disaster recovery, and disciplined engineering standards.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of cloud or infrastructure engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility. Proven success leading enterprise infrastructure teams in complex, high-availability environments. Experience with largescale modernization efforts, cloud migrations, and mission-critical platforms.
Technical Skills: Strong technical background in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), Linux/Windows systems, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure automation. Strong communication, leadership, and talent development skills are required.
Benefits & conditions
The compensation for this position is a salary range of $150,000 to $185,000. Benefits include competitive options starting day one, including medical, PTO, 401(k) profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.
