Job description

  • Lead and oversee SAP S/4HANA security implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, and testing phases.
  • Strong hands on experience on S4 security, Fiori, OData services with OAuth 2.0 knowledge.
  • Implement SAP security authorization concepts, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures specifically for D&S implementation with ITAR requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Process Owners, SAP Functional teams, Fiori teams, and Controllership teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects, maintaining clear communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement security strategies that align with business needs and SAP S4 best practices, including leading the cybersecurity strategy and governance across A&D IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53 / 800-171, CMMC requirements, ITAR / EAR export control regulations, DFARS cyber clause, SOX IT General Controls, and government contract security requirements.
  • Lead internal and external audit readiness activities. Manage control documentation, evidence collection, and remediation tracking. Ensure Audit compliance & software currency.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Government Security teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Oversee GRC 12.0 implementations, focusing on workflow design for ARM, EAM, and user access reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in SAP security.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving among team members.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on SAP security best practices for internal teams.
  • Manage risk assessments and prepare necessary documentation for compliance reviews.
  • Support post-implementation reviews to ensure the effectiveness of security controls and processes.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP security, with a focus on S/4HANA. Strong knowledge on SAP BTP platform and security.
  • Proven experience in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations, including both Greenfield and Brownfield methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with various stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience and expertise with S4 HANA, UI5 and FIORI.
  • Experienced in AGILE and DEVOPS environment
