Job description

Yosi is seeking a Solution Architect to help modernize and scale our B2B2C patient engagement platform. This role will be instrumental in guiding Yosi's transition from a Legacy PHP/HTML architecture to a modern platform leveraging ReactJS, NodeJS, and a modernized AWS infrastructure.

The Solution Architect will serve as a technical leader across distributed teams, ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, security, and delivery velocity., * Define and own solution architectures supporting the migration from PHP/HTML to ReactJS and NodeJS.

  • Design modern, scalable API-driven architectures and integration patterns.
  • Lead architectural decisions related to AWS modernization, including scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Partner with Product Management to translate modernization and business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Guide onshore and offshore (India-based) engineering teams on architectural standards and best practices.
  • Review and validate designs, implementations, and migration strategies.Ensure backward compatibility and minimal disruption during phased migrations.
  • Establish architectural guardrails that support long-term platform evolution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, system architecture, or senior engineering roles.
  • Direct experience designing and delivering B2B2C SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience modernizing Legacy systems into modern web architectures.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS (or equivalent modern frameworks).
  • Experience with API-first and microservices-oriented architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure modernization.
  • Experience working in an Onshore Offshore model, including India-based engineering teams.
