Job description
Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and development of a brand-new Salesforce platform as part of a large-scale digital transformation for a large financial institution. This is a unique opportunity to build the environment from the ground up - defining architecture, technical standards, and long-term platform strategy across the organization., Design and lead implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting digital member experiences

Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce architecture, including multi-cloud environments

Drive integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architecture

Establish best practices and technical standards for platform scalability, performance, and security

Support digital transformation initiatives including omni-channel service, AI-driven decisioning, and real-time customer journeys

Partner with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Requirements
10+ years of experience in CRM architecture, system integration, or enterprise solution design

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (architecture, development, and configuration)

Strong expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related capabilities)

Experience building and integrating complex, multi-cloud Salesforce environments

Proficiency with:
? Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
? REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
? Data modeling, security frameworks, and performance optimization

Salesforce Certified Administrator + at least one consultant-level certification Required Qualifications

Benefits & conditions
Guide development teams across configuration vs. custom development (Apex, LWC, automation)
Compensation: $161,000 and up based on experience
