Job description

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a skilled Application Analyst with expertise in Epic Radiant to support our Radiology department. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Epic Radiant workflows to ensure efficient and accurate imaging operations. The analyst will collaborate closely with clinical and technical teams to deliver solutions that enhance patient care and operational performance., * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process improvements, and implement effective solutions

  • Design, develop, and test system configuration to meet business needs
  • Participate in system upgrades, implementations and ongoing maintenance activities.

What's Available:

  • Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)
  • Monday-Friday core business hours with occasional off-hours support as needed, on call rotation every 5 weeks.
  • Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives
  • Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.
  • Starting salary of $70,000/ year and up based on your relevant work experience
  • Based on experience, this position may also be filled at an Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst level.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting Radiology workflows and imaging systems.
  • Strong Organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Certifications: Ideally looking for a candidate that is Epic Radiant Certified; If not already certified in Epic, you will take an Epic class(es) and become certified within 6 months of hire
