Job description
- Contribute to the overall growth of the UiPath business practice
- Turn process design documents into robust, reliable, automation solutions following Agile software development methodologies
- Participate in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing RPA applications.
- Follow UiPath best practices related to coding standards, workflow design, testing, and source code control
- Stay up to date with the latest capabilities of the UiPath Platform
- Analyze RPA workflows to find causes of errors and design solutions
- Provide input in process automation meetings, analyze user needs, and determine technical requirement
Requirements
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility to hold SCI
- Experience developing automation solutions
- Willing to be on-site in DC metro location 5 days a week.
- Experience with UiPath OR .NET development.
- UiPath Certified Developer
- Advanced RPA Professional Certification
- Experience with UiPath Task & Process mining
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Federal RPA implementations
- Familiarity and experience using UiPath Platform products, including Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Cloud, etc.
- Ability to follow best practices for UiPath RPA bot development, code reviews, and source code control
- Experience with Unit Testing Defect Remediation
- Experience providing post-install support
- UiPath Certified Professional - Automation Developer Professional
- UiPath Certified Professional - Specialized AI Professional

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $134,325.75 - $188,846.10
