This position provides valuable hands-on experience while supporting our organization's technology needs. Provide end-user technical support across the organization

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

Set up and configure workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices

Assist with user account management and basic administration in Microsoft 365

Support email configuration, SharePoint access, and Teams setup

Help users effectively navigate Microsoft 365 applications

Create and maintain user documentation and support resources Security Operations Assistance

Help implement security measures following established protocols

Assist with security awareness training for end users

Monitor and report potential security incidents to senior team members

Support the maintenance of security-related documentation Network Support

Assist with basic network troubleshooting and maintenance

Assist with network documentation and inventory management Project Support

Participate in IT projects under the guidance of senior team members

Requirements

Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services

Knowledge of standard computing systems and common business software applications
