Job description
Insight Global is searching for an individual that will serve as a senior technical leader within globally distributed Agile teams, owning complex initiatives from requirements through production. They will partner with business and architecture stakeholders to translate needs-primarily within financial services/KYC/AML-into scalable solutions while remaining hands-on in building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. They will also drive architectural direction and lead the integration of AI across the SDLC, including designing AI agents and optimizing development, testing, and DevOps workflows. In parallel, they will mentor engineers, elevate engineering standards, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while influencing overall platform strategy, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- Advanced AI Expertise
o Hands-on experience across the full SDLC using AI/LLMs
o Prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, vector DBs, Agentic workflows / AI agents

- Deep expertise in:
o C#, .NET Core, Web APIs
