Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP CPQ Specialist to support our organization in designing, implementing, and maintaining our SAP CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the CPQ process, and Implementation & configurations of SAP CPQ including product configuration, and quoting processes., * Design and implement SAP CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solutions to meet project objectives, business processes, and requirements.

Configure, create technical designs, develop, test, and deploy SAP CPQ features and ensure they work seamlessly with other integrated features and platforms.

Make the business and technical cases for proposed solutions and features, including the development of proofs-of-concept in sandbox environments for advanced / custom use cases.

Test and troubleshoot CPQ configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality

Provide training and support to end users on CPQ tools

Stay current on SAP CPQ best practices and industry trends

support and maintenance of CPQ solution.

Experience in SAP ECC and Salesforce Integration is preferable.

Create and publish reports/Dashboards on SAP CPQ

Maintain project documentation following best practice

Work under the guidance of HII to align solution components with end-to-end business processes and other enterprise architecture.

Manage and conduct business requirement, gap analysis, and function requirement workshops with key business users and stakeholders.

Ensure deliverables and project milestones are met.

Perform end-of-phase reviews

Maintain costs and risk documentation and report to the HII program office

Follow-up with stakeholders, key users, and other application support teams to meet project objectives and deliverables.

Manage and track project changes, and resolve issues that result from such changes.

Identify, analyze, respond to, and monitor project risks.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, as well as interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are required., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems or business administration plus a minimum of five years of related experience.

SAP CPQ Certification Essential

Salesforce.com administrator/developer certification desired.

Ability to define systems strategy, develop system requirements, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

Ability to collaborate with business users and stakeholders to resolve problems.

Superior organization and project management skills are preferable.

Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Ability to interact with all levels of the company, including most senior company management.
