Job description

A growing company is seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to collaborate closely with the Product Support & Compliance team on a contract basis. By leveraging data-driven strategies, you'll help safeguard lives and uphold our commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. This is a 40 hour a week, ongoing contract assignment. Analytical and technical skills are required.

salary: $24 - $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, enabling seamless data analysis and presentation capabilities.
  • Liaise with vendors and handling invoicing processes.
  • Craft outreach strategies and executing targeted communication campaigns to raise awareness and maintain owner engagement.
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk management principles and proficiency in quality assurance control methodologies.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports and communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
