Job description
We are seeking a Senior Application Developer for a client of ours, an IT consulting company supporting multiple internal and external client applications. This individual will bring strong technical leadership and a passion for application development.
The hourly pay for this role is between $50-60/hr
- Spend the majority of time in a hands-on development role supporting internal platforms and multiple client applications
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack solutions including front-end UI, back-end logic, databases, and server configuration
- Apply strong business analyst skills to understand client challenges and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in client meetings (~10% of time) to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and review progress
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable applications following best practices in security, architecture, and data modeling
- Manage and support SQL Server environments including configuration, migrations, backups, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot application, database, and server issues across different environments
- Balance work across multiple projects, shifting priorities as client and business needs evolve
