Job description
We are seeking a senior AUTOSAR Embedded Software Engineer to support the development of ECU software at the AUTOSAR RTE layer. This role involves configuring, integrating, and supporting the AUTOSAR stack (BSW-RTE) and collaborating closely with an existing senior AUTOSAR Engineer and software architect. The position requires strong AUTOSAR architecture knowledge, embedded C development skills, and experience working within ASPICE-compliant environments., * Develop and integrate AUTOSAR software at the BSW and RTE layers.
- Configure and support AUTOSAR Classic architecture, including BSW modules and RTE generation.
- Collaborate with a senior AUTOSAR Engineer and system architects to align software design and interfaces.
- Support communication stack development, including CAN protocol configuration and analysis.
- Utilize Vector tools for AUTOSAR configuration and communication analysis and debugging.
- Support embedded software development in C for ECU-level applications.
- Participate in integration, debugging, and issue resolution across the AUTOSAR stack.
- Ensure development activities align with ASPICE process standards.
Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform.
- Proven experience working at the BSW and RTE layers.
- Embedded C development experience.
- Experience with Vector AUTOSAR tools.
- Experience with CAN protocol.
- Familiarity with ASPICE-compliant development environments.
- Ability to collaborate closely with architects and lead engineers in a structured development setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ECU bring-up or early-phase software architecture work.
- Familiarity with diagnostics, OS configuration, or MCAL integration.
Work Environment
This role requires daily onsite presence, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The environment offers exposure to industry-standard AUTOSAR toolchains, structured ASPICE processes, and next-generation automotive platforms, providing hands-on ownership of meaningful RTE and BSW development work. The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
