Job description

Operations Construction Supply Chain Data Quality Communication Data Analysis Microsoft Azure Data Validation Health Advocacy Data Warehousing Stored Procedure Microsoft Fabric Relational Databases Business Intelligence Artificial Intelligence Discounts And Allowances Manufacturing Operations Microsoft Power Automate SQL (Programming Language) Critical Illness Insurance Employee Assistance Programs Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), The Operations BI Analyst will support the company's data analytics and reporting platform, helping deliver reliable insights for manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams. This role will work with a Microsoft Fabric-based data warehouse and contribute to Power BI and Excel reporting used across the organization. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with a strong SQL foundation, an interest in analytics and manufacturing data, and a desire to grow their skills in data warehousing, reporting, and business intelligence tools., * Support the maintenance and enhancement of a cloud-based data warehouse in Microsoft Fabric

  • Assist in developing and maintaining SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data pipelines
  • Create and update Power BI reports and dashboards to support operational and business needs
  • Help maintain existing reports while contributing to the development of new analytics solutions
  • Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into dashboards and data models
  • Support reporting related to manufacturing and operations, including production, quality, shipments, backlog, and delivery performance
  • Assist with data validation, troubleshooting, and resolving data quality or refresh issues
  • Provide limited support for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions as needed (training and guidance provided)

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, including writing and understanding complex queries
  • Experience or coursework involving data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Understanding of relational databases and basic data modeling concepts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, or data warehouse environments
  • Experience working with manufacturing, operations, or supply chain data
  • Familiarity with common operational metrics such as production output, yield, backlog, on-time delivery, or lead time
  • Experience or interest in Power Apps and Power Automate

Benefits & conditions

This is a Contract position based out of Bethel, CT. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $45.00/hr.
