Job description

  • Lead UAT strategy, planning, and execution for SAP Ariba implementations
  • Define, document, and manage UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
  • Translate client-defined Ariba processes into clear, business-friendly UAT scripts
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and other business teams
  • Prepare business users for UAT through training, walkthroughs, and documentation
  • Support test execution, defect logging, triage, and retesting cycles
  • Ensure proper coverage of end-to-end procurement and sourcing workflows
  • Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams during UAT
  • Provide support during hypercare phase, including issue resolution and process clarifications
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements post go-live

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management)
  • Proven track record of leading UAT cycles in large-scale implementations
  • Expertise in test planning, test case design, and defect management
  • Solid understanding of procurement and finance business processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex processes into user-friendly test scripts, * Experience in end-to-end Ariba implementations or rollouts
  • Familiarity with integration between SAP Ariba and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA)
  • Exposure to test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience supporting hypercare and post-go-live stabilization, * Strong stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented with structured approach to testing
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Confident in driving discussions with business users
