Job description

We are seeking an SAP ABAP Technical Architect to lead the technical design, development, and optimization of our enterprise SAP landscape. You will serve as the core technical expert, ensuring high-performance coding standards, seamless system integrations, and smooth modernization as we scale our SAP environments., Architecture: Define the technical roadmap, design patterns, and coding standards for all custom ABAP development.

Modernization: Drive development optimized for S/4HANA using Advanced ABAP, Core Data Services (CDS) views, and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).

Integration: Oversee backend integrations utilizing OData services, SAP Gateway, ALE/IDOCs, and BAPIs.

Governance: Conduct code reviews, ensure optimal performance tuning, and mentor developers to keep the system clean and scalable.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with 3+ years in an Architect role.

S/4HANA Expertise: Proven experience with S/4HANA migrations, building custom solutions on HANA databases, and using SAP Fiori/UI5.

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP, Enhancement Framework (BAsDIs, User Exits), Adobe Forms, and Web Dynpro.

Skills: Exceptional debugging, performance-tuning capabilities, and strong communication skills to interface with business teams
