As a new Salesforce Solution Architect at CPT Group, Inc., your day-to-day expectations will revolve around designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, conducting requirements-gathering sessions to understand client needs and translating them into effective system solutions. In your role, you'll engage in hands-on configuration and customization of Salesforce, develop integration strategies, and oversee project timelines.
Regular meetings will allow you to present your ideas and receive feedback, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, offering a structured yet flexible work environment that encourages creativity and productivity. Requirements
Do you have experience in Version control?, To thrive as a Salesforce Solution Architect at CPT Group, Inc., you'll need a robust blend of experience and skills. You should bring over 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, and architecture, with at least 3 years in design and implementation roles such as Architect or Technical Lead. A proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions is crucial, alongside experience leading intricate projects in data-heavy environments such as legal or financial sectors. Key skills include strong architectural judgment that balances business needs with technical constraints and security factors. Excellent communication skills are essential for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, along with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
You must possess technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, automation, and data governance, and be proficient in tools such as Flow, Apex, and REST/SOAP integration. Familiarity with DevOps practices and Salesforce certifications will significantly enhance your profile. Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in fast-paced environments is vital for your success.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Experience:
- 7+ years of Salesforce administration development, implementation, integration, or architecture experience.
- 3+ years designing enterprise solutions or serving as an Architect, Technical Lead, or similar.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading complex implementations, integrations, migrations, or modernization efforts.
- Experience working with executives, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
- Experience in regulated, data-heavy legal, financial, or compliance environments is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong architectural judgment balancing business needs, technical constraints, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Excellent communication, including translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, guide decisions, and enforce standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy, stability, and reliability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, security, data model, and governance.
- Proficiency with Flow, validation rules, approvals, permission sets, profiles, sharing rules, roles, objects, fields, layouts, Lightning App Builder, and reporting.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integration patterns preferred.
- Experience integrating external systems via REST/SOAP, middleware, ETL, iPaaS, or custom services.
- Understanding of CRM processes across service, operations, case management, sales, marketing, and support.
- Experience with data migration, duplication, data quality, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Knowledge of identity, SSO, authentication, access control, audit logging, privacy, and compliance.
- Familiarity with DevOps, source control, release management, sandbox strategy, pipelines, and governance.
- Salesforce certifications (Application/System/Technical Architect, Platform Developer, App Builder, Administrator) preferred.
- Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, or AI capabilities is a plus.
