Job description

We are hiring Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs) to bridge the gap between AI innovation and real-world implementation. In this role, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and agile delivery, helping deploy AI-powered and agentic systems into enterprise workflows. You will support the transition of AI solutions (including agent-based systems) from prototype to production-integrating with data, systems, and operational processes-while continuously adapting solutions based on real-world feedback., * Assist in implementing agentic workflows (multi-step, goal-driven AI systems) that interact with tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.

  • Integrate AI applications with data sources, business workflows, and operational systems.
  • Validate outputs for accuracy, reliability, and business alignment before and after deployment.
  1. Agile Engineering & Delivery
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Translate user stories into technical tasks and support iterative development cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver increments of value.
  • Participate in rapid prototyping and fail-fast experimentation cycles for AI use cases.
  1. Testing, Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Test AI workflows (including agent behavior) under real-world scenarios.
  • Identify edge cases, failure modes, and integration issues; support fixes and improvements.
  • Assist in setting up basic monitoring (logs, alerts, performance metrics).
  • Contribute to improving repeatability through templates, accelerators, and automation scripts.
  1. Responsible AI & Governance
  • Support implementation of guardrails and control mechanisms for AI/agentic systems (e.g., validation checks, human-in-the-loop workflows).
  • Ensure solutions adhere to data security, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Participate in evaluation processes to monitor output quality, reliability, and ethical considerations.
  1. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  • Create and maintain deployment runbooks, integration documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Document agent behavior, workflows, and decision logic to ensure transparency and audit-readiness.
  • Support handover of stabilized deployments to support or operations teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field

  • Strong fundamentals in one programming language (Python / Java / JavaScript)
  • Understanding of APIs, debugging, and system integration
  • Basic knowledge of data handling (SQL, JSON, CSV)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Exposure to AI / Generative AI concepts (prompting, retrieval-based workflows, automation)
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Internship or project experience in:
  • Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • APIs and integrations
  • Data pipelines or automation workflows
  • Awareness of software engineering best practices (version control, testing)
