Job description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join the Quantitative Engineering, Product Management & Transformation (QEPT) team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Model Transformation Initiative across three critical workstreams Model Performance Monitoring (MPM), ML Ops, and Microservices Orchestration by driving delivery, ensuring alignment, and maintaining transparency across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with agile practices to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business partners.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 3 5 years in project management and/or Scrum Master roles, preferably in financial services or technology.
- Heavy focus on project management skills as well as scrum master qualifications
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)., Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
