Data Analyst

• Organize, maintain, and validate data assets to support accurate reporting and analysis across the business.
• Develop dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI that translate complex information into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Use Python and R to perform data analysis, automate recurring tasks, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Apply DAX to create calculated measures and strengthen reporting capabilities within BI solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Support the design and improvement of data pipelines and related processes to enhance data availability and quality.

• Contribute to modern data platform initiatives, including work involving Microsoft Fabric when applicable. Requirements - Proven experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role with a strong focus on data management.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation and report development.
• Experience using Python and R for analysis, scripting, or process automation.
• Familiarity with DAX for advanced calculations and reporting logic.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and data pipeline concepts is preferred.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
