• Lead the design and development of user experiences for web and mobile platforms, aligning with brand and accessibility guidelines.
• Establish and maintain a documentation space for UX content via SharePoint.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive Figma library for the design team.
• Conduct user research and develop personas to guide design choices.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance UX intake processes and strategies.
• Drive content and UX enhancement initiatives across multiple platforms.

• Strong track record in UX design with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Expertise in using design tools like Figma and SharePoint effectively.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
