Job description
The Marketing and IT Coordinator position is a dual-focused role responsible for supporting the company's day-to-day technology operations while also assisting with marketing, branding, and communication efforts. This position provides technical support to employees, maintains company devices and systems, and helps ensure smooth internal operations. In addition, the role supports marketing campaigns, social media, online presence, recruiting materials, and company branding initiatives., * Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, mobile devices, printers, software, and company systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond promptly to employee support requests
- Set up and maintain devices, user accounts, software, and system access for new and existing employees
- Assist with maintaining company networks, Wi-Fi, security updates, and technology inventory
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to technology and equipment
- Assist with company marketing efforts including social media, recruiting posts, website updates, and promotional materials
- Create and schedule content for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google Business
- Help maintain company branding, internal communications, and marketing assets
- Provide basic employee training and support for company platforms including Google Workspace, Procore, and Housecall Pro
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Billing, and Management to support company initiatives and improve operational efficiency
Requirements

Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; technical certifications or marketing coursework preferred
- 1-3 years of IT support, administrative support, marketing, or related experience
- Experience with Windows, Android/iOS devices, and common business software
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Procore, Housecall Pro, Canva, and social media platforms preferred
- Basic graphic design or content creation experience is a plus
- Experience in trades, construction, HVAC, or service-based industries is beneficial

Supplemental Benefits Program: After 90 days of employment, employees may enroll in voluntary supplemental insurance plans, including Critical Illness, Short-Term Disability, Hospitalization, Accidental Injury, Vision, and Dental coverage.
Monthly Allowance: The Company contributes $40 per month toward supplemental insurance premiums. Employees may elect any combination of benefits or choose only those that fit within the $40 allowance.
Medical Benefits: Full medical benefits are not currently offered. The Company is actively working toward introducing a comprehensive benefits package in the coming years.
Growth Commitment: As the Company continues to expand, additional benefits and employee support programs will be developed and implemented.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
