Job description
As a Data Specialist, you'll be part of our team working as an onsite employee. You will partner with GSM & IT organizations to deliver impactful, interactive dashboards that drive data completeness and accuracy for source data and applications. The analyst will focus on Category Management & Supplier Management domains, translating business needs into visual analytics and actionable insights.
You'll get to:

Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and visual reports to support data analysis and business decision-making

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations

Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality, consistency, and usability within dashboards

Continuously evaluate and enhance dashboard performance, usability, and visual appeal
-
Perform data cleansing, validation, and harmonization to ensure accurate reporting
-
Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Technical Project Managers, and business users to deliver high-impact analytics solutions

Present findings and recommendations through interactive dashboards, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions
Requirements

3+ years of experience in data visualization, analytics, or business intelligence roles

Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, data analytics, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports in PowerBI

Strong verbal and written communicator able to engage with stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment
