Job description
We are seeking a data-savvy professional who bridges business and technology to deliver data-driven solutions and actionable insights. This individual understands business strategy, defines logical data structures, and collaborates with stakeholders across business, analytics, development, and architecture to implement impactful data assets. Ideal candidates communicate clearly with both technical and business teams and are skilled in translating business needs into data solutions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with business leaders to understand goals and identify data opportunities

Design logical data structures that align with business processes and strategy.

Collaborate with technology teams to implement data solutions.

Serve as a subject matter expert on business data in projects and transformations.

Create and maintain focused data assets (e.g., marts, reporting layers).
Requirements

5+ years in data-centric roles (analyst, developer, architect, consultant).

Experience functioning as or closely supporting an Agile Product Owner, including backlog management, prioritization, and working with cross-functional teams.

Degree in a technical or business field; combination of both is a plus.

Proficiency in SQL

Data modeling and experience with Data Platforms (Snowflake, Oracle, etc) is a plus

Strong understanding of data and business architecture, with P&C Insurance and Auto Claims experience preferred. Excellent communication skills across disciplines and comfortable presenting to executives and operational leaders.

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and business outcome-focused.

Comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Experience with Python is recommended but not required.

The range for this position is $99,000 to $164,800. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors.
