ServiceNow Platform Architect

Define platform architecture standards, governance, and environment strategy. Lead troubleshooting of critical production issues, performance bottlenecks, and complex integrations. Architect and manage large MID Server environments (500+ servers), including HA, scaling, monitoring, and upgrades. Design REST/SOAP integrations and middleware solutions (MuleSoft/Boomi). Manage non-prod provisioning, cloning, upgrade planning, and release governance. Drive IAM/security architecture using SAML, OAuth, LDAP/AD, Vault/CyberArk. Implement credential lifecycle management and secure integration patterns. Build observability and performance monitoring using Splunk/New Relic. Oversee CMDB/Discovery architecture, reconciliation, data governance, and optimization. Lead platform modernization, testing strategy, rollback planning, and upgrade execution. Mentor admins/engineers and establish SDLC and design review best practices. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams on enterprise initiatives. Technical Skills Strong expertise in: ServiceNow platform architecture and administration MID Servers, CMDB, Discovery REST/SOAP APIs and integrations JavaScript and scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash preferred) IAM technologies: SAML, OAuth, LDAP/AD HashiCorp Vault / CyberArk Splunk / New Relic monitoring Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform preferred) DevOps/CI-CD exposure (Jenkins/Kafka/RabbitMQ/ETL)
