Technical Analyst

Prominent is partnering with a health insurance organization to hire a Senior Technical Analyst who will connect business needs with technical delivery across enterprise healthcare platforms. We're looking for a Senior Technical Analyst who thrives in complexity, leads from the front, and knows how to translate business vision into technical delivery that actually works. You'll sit at the center of it all-driving alignment, owning requirements, and pushing high-impact solutions across a modern healthcare platform ecosystem. What You'll Be Driving Be the Bridge

• Turn business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements

• Partner across product, engineering, and business teams to align on solutions

• Act as a strategic liaison across stakeholders (Sales, Claims, Providers) Architect the Path Forward

• Lead process and workflow design that enhances product performance

• Support solution design, system interactions, and data modeling

• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution Own Agile Delivery

• Define user stories, run sprint ceremonies, and keep delivery on track

• Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk mitigation

• Support testing, UAT, and post-release success Influence Strategy

• Align technical solutions with real business outcomes

• Champion process improvements and modern tech adoption (AI, cloud)

• Provide insights that improve operational efficiency and scalability Raise the Bar on Quality

• Define acceptance criteria and ensure scalable, supportable systems

• Guide UAT and participate in design reviews

• Protect system reliability across enterprise environments

Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar

• Strong background working in Agile environments (scrum ceremonies, user stories, delivery ownership)

• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience working with complex systems, workflows, and enterprise platforms
