Job description

Seeking a hands-on Junior Systems Engineer / Hardware Integration Engineer to support the development and testing of next-generation sensor and electronic systems for the rapidly growing data center market at Analog Devices (ADI).

This role is heavily focused on hardware integration, prototype builds, lab experimentation, and sensor system validation within a highly collaborative R&D environment. The team is building cutting-edge technology that will support future data center infrastructure initiatives, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to highly visible, forward-looking engineering work.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys physically building, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting hardware systems - not purely designing them. This role is best suited for someone with strong hands-on engineering instincts who is comfortable working across electrical and mechanical components in a lab setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and integrate PCB/electronic components into mechanical enclosures or sensor packages
  • Perform soldering, wiring, connector hookup, and hardware rework as needed
  • Support prototype builds, hardware setup, and lab experimentation
  • Execute testing and experiments defined by the Lead Systems Engineer
  • Write basic Python scripts to interface with hardware, collect sensor data, and log outputs
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across electrical, mechanical, and software systems
  • Validate sensor performance and document findings/results
  • Use lab tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies for testing and debugging
  • Support rapid prototyping efforts and iterative hardware modifications
  • Interpret technical specifications and support system integration activities, Job Title: Service Delivery Analyst/ CMDB Administrator Location-Type: Remote working CST Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 6 month contract to hire Job Description: The CMDB Administrator/ Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaini...

  • Ability to integrate electrical and mechanical components together
  • Basic Python scripting experience for hardware interfacing, automation, or data collection
  • Comfort working in lab/R&D environments building and testing physical hardware
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and common debugging tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently from high-level experiment direction, * Embedded systems or microcontroller exposure
  • Experience with UART, I2C, or SPI communication protocols
  • Robotics, aerospace, defense, IoT, or medical device industry experience
  • CAD or mechanical assembly familiarity
