Inherit and build upon existing design work, ensuring continuity and quality across deliverables

Translate complex product requirements and data-heavy concepts into intuitive, user-friendly designs

Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, during grooming sessions and throughout the design lifecycle

Utilize Figma to create, iterate, and finalize design solutions with strong attention to foundational design principles

Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability

Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into rapid design iterations

Deliver high-quality designs to development teams and provide ongoing clarification and support as needed

Participate in onboarding optimization efforts, including A/B testing and user journey improvements
Collaborate regularly with internal teams and leverage support from stakeholders
Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer who is proficient in both user interface and user experience design. This individual will play a key role in enhancing and evolving existing design work, with a strong focus on usability, data visualization, and efficient delivery within a collaborative, fast-paced environment., * Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX capabilities

Experience working with and inheriting existing design frameworks and assets

Strong proficiency in Figma and core design fundamentals

Experience working with design systems

Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing

Ability to simplify complex workflows and data into clear, digestible interfaces

Experience working in SaaS environments
Onsite 3x a week in Reading, PA * Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude (or similar platforms)
