Job description

DRE offers a hybrid telework schedule with a combination of remote and in-office work schedules. The telework policy is subject to change, and additional in-office days may be required and/or minimal notification may be given to report to the worksite if an urgent need arises.

Requirements

Incumbents in this position, who hold an active California real estate license, will be required place that license on Government Service. The license renewal right is protected while the licensee is employed by a government agency in a position which presents a conflict of interest with holding an active real estate license. The licensee may not perform acts for which a California real estate license is required. See Section 10161.5 of the B&P Code., Individuals who are currently in the classification, eligible for lateral transfer, eligible for reinstatement, have list or LEAP eligibility, are in the process of obtaining list eligibility, or have SROA and/or Surplus eligibility (please attach your letter, if available). SROA and Surplus candidates are given priority; therefore, individuals with other eligibility may be considered in the event no SROA or Surplus candidates apply. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
