AI & GenAI Architecture
· Define end-to-end Agentic, AI/ML and Generative AI solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards
· Design and implement agentic AI use cases such as underwriting assistance, claims automation, document intelligence, customer engagement, fraud detection, and agent productivity
· Architect LLM-based solutions including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, fine-tuning approaches, and orchestration frameworks
· Evaluate and recommend LLMs, embedding models, vector databases, and GenAI platforms (open-source and commercial)
Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning
· Design scalable ML solutions for predictive analytics, risk modeling, pricing, churn prediction, fraud detection, and customer segmentation
· Oversee feature engineering, model lifecycle management, MLOps pipelines, and model monitoring strategies
· Ensure solutions meet performance, explainability, fairness, and regulatory requirements critical to insurance
Insurance Domain Leadership
· Apply deep knowledge of P&C, Life, Health, or Reinsurance domains to solution design
· Translate insurance business problems into AI/ML use cases with measurable ROI
· Collaborate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, fraud, and operations teams to shape AI-driven transformations
· Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, data privacy, and model governance standards
Platform, Cloud & Engineering
· Architect AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using native AI/ML services where appropriate
· Define data architectures integrating structured and unstructured insurance data (policies, claims, documents, images, voice, IoT, telematics)
· Guide engineering teams on scalable APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and secure deployments
· Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and responsible AI
Leadership & Collaboration
· Act as a technical thought leader for AI within insurance engagements
· Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects
· Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client workshops with technical credibility
· Stay current with emerging AI, GenAI, and insurance technology trends
Requirements
Experience: 10-15+ years overall experience, with 4-6+ years in AI/ML architecture and solution design, We are seeking an experienced Insurance Solution Architect with a strong background in Generative AI, Machine Learning-based analytical solutions, and deep Insurance domain expertise. The ideal candidate will lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and production-grade AI solutions that address complex business problems across the insurance value chain.
This role requires a blend of technical leadership, hands-on architecture skills, and strong understanding of insurance processes, data, and regulatory considerations., Technical Skills
· Must have experience designing GenAI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)
· Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, deep learning, and statistical modeling
· Experience with RAG architectures, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
· Must have Python and ML frameworks experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
· Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
· Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP (certifications preferred)
Insurance Domain Expertise
· Strong understanding of insurance workflows: Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Pricing, Fraud, Customer Service
· Experience working with insurance data models, regulatory constraints, and audit requirements
· Ability to design AI solutions that balance innovation, risk, and compliance
Highly Preferred Skills and Experience;
Architecture & Soft Skills
· Proven experience as a Solution Architect / AI Architect in enterprise environments

Benefits & conditions
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role will depend on the nature of the role offered and will either be $166,995- $290,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation.
