Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retros)
• Lead a Scrum team and partner closely with client stakeholders (Director-level)
• Drive delivery execution and ensure sprint commitments are met
• Remove impediments and maintain team velocity and focus
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlog and user stories
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress)
• Support a hybrid Agile model (Scrum + enterprise delivery practices)
• Partner with offshore delivery lead to ensure aligned execution

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a high-visibility engagement with a leading financial services client. This role will lead a Scrum team in a hybrid Agile environment, driving delivery, coaching team members, and ensuring alignment with business stakeholders., * 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master

• Experience supporting D365 / Power Platform implementations (hands-on exposure is a plus)
• Strong experience in hybrid Agile environments
• Proven ability to manage delivery, not just facilitate ceremonies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product)
• Strong communication skills with experience interacting with Director-level stakeholders
• Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps

Nice to Have:

• Experience in CRM or Contact Center environments (B2C)
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
