UX Designer

• Ensure designs utilize reusable components and identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Define and improve team processes in collaboration with design, product, and engineering teams.
• Maintain organization of project management tools and support design and content partners.
• Present design strategies and outcomes to leadership and various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and business partners to gather feedback and implement effective solutions.

• Proficiency in design tools with a strong background in design strategy.
• Exceptional ideation and iteration skills focused on user-centered design.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UX design with a proven track record of leading design projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience with reusable components.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and marketing strategies that enhance user experience.
