Job description
In your role, you will act as a key Specialist for OT BUILD MES, ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of manufacturing IT systems. You will provide expert support in implementing, customizing, and maintaining hardware and software solutions within the MES environment. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of domain strategies, optimize system performance, and ensure the seamless integration of IT solutions in line with business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting complex issues, driving innovation, and maintaining high-quality, sustainable IT solutions., * Engage with key users to understand business needs, challenges, and goals
- Contribute to the development of domain strategies, roadmaps, and processes
- Define and document domain-specific processes, policies, and standards
- Support and contribute to IT projects and domain initiatives from planning to execution
- Customize and continuously enhance MES systems based on user and business requirements
- Deliver technical support and conduct training for key users and stakeholders
- Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with MES systems and L3 integration in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Critical Manufacturing MES (certification is an advantage)
- Basic understanding in TypeScript and C# and good knowledge of T-SQL
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Team player with intercultural competence and experience in international collaboration
