Job description
To enhance our successful OT Applications Team in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate, In your roleas a Specialist OT RUN, you ensure the stable and efficient operation of OT systems, infrastructure, and applications in line with defined service level agreements. You act as a key point of contact for end users, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of system performance. By collaborating with internal stakeholders and supporting IT projects, you contribute to maintaining high system availability, security, and user satisfaction., * Act as first point of contact for IT-related requests (ServiceNow tickets, phone, email)
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to OT systems, networks, and applications
- Prioritize, manage, and escalate service requests according to defined procedures
- Support infrastructure and application-related IT projects
- Administer user access and identity management to ensure security and compliance
- Deliver end-user training and maintain system documentation

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- First professional experience or strong interest in OT systems, IoT, or factory automation
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., C#, TypeScript, Node.js) and database concepts is a plus
- Understanding of operating systems and standard office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
