UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive digital experiences by translating user needs into effective interaction models and functional designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable, long-term solutions., * Gather, analyse, and translate user needs into clear interaction models and features

• Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces using best-practice UX patterns
• Plan, conduct, and analyse user testing to continuously improve solutions
• Contribute to and evolve existing design systems in a structured way
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in sprint cycles
• Deliver high-quality designs aligned with long-term product vision
• Navigate and manage stakeholder expectations within a complex organisation

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Proven experience in responsive design for web and mobile
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and design outcomes
• Experience working in agile environments within large/complex organisations
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Experience with content-driven design
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
• Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C2 level)

Tools & Technologies

• Figma
• Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar
• Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision or equivalent
• Experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude) is an advantage
