Job description
- Build and operate secure, scalable ML/LLM platforms on CLoud, automating environments, packaging, testing and deployments via CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Implement end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps: data and model versioning (MLflow/DVC), automated training/inference pipelines, evaluation, and model governance (registries, approvals, rollbacks).
- Engineer robust RAG pipelines: data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, caching and retrieval optimization for vector stores (Azure AI Search/Redis/pgvector).
- Harden runtime infrastructure (AKS/ACI) with IaC (Terraform/Bicep), secrets management (Key Vault), RBAC, network security and cost/usage monitoring.
- Set up observability across app/data/model layers (Application Insights, Prometheus/Grafana), implement SLOs, alerting, incident response and on-call runbooks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and security to enforce SDLC controls, perform performance tuning and capacity planning, and document operations.
- API Development & Backend Integration: Build and secure APIs for integration with core systems; develop event-driven microservices; support front-end integration.
- Security & Monitoring: Enforce robust security (OAuth2, Zero Trust, API rate limiting); establish monitoring dashboards for chatbot performance and infrastructure reliability., * You will be part of a leading global professional services firm.

Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in DevOps/MLOps or platform engineering, preferably in Financial Services.
- Hands-on with Cloud Technologies (AKS, ACR, App Service/Functions, Storage, Key Vault), Python, Bash, containers and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Azure ML and/or Databricks for ML lifecycle; familiarity with Transformers, PyTorch and inference optimization.
- Proficiency with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), testing automation and artifact management.
- Experience with Backend & API: .NET Core, GraphQL, FastAPI, Node.js. as well as front end (React, JavaScript…)
- Experience with vector databases and LLM toolchains (LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
- Proven experience in Infrastructure Engineering: ARM/Bicep, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, general cloud security & IAM, Kubernetes, networking.
- Fluent in Dutch or French and a business proficiency in English.
