Principal Software Engineer

As our Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of our digital backbone from scratch. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you define the "how" and the "why" of our technical architecture. You are a methodical problem-solver who thrives in a design-driven, rapid-iteration environment. Your mission is to translate "impossible" thermal problems into a secure, scalable, and maintainable SaaS platform that handles complex data interactions at the speed of the GPU refresh cycle., Own the blueprint. Define, communicate, and guide architectural decisions to ensure our platform is resilient, fault-tolerant, and future-proof. * Ship with Velocity Find the path to get things done despite roadblocks. You will deliver high-quality, well-tested, and secure code into the hands of users quickly and iteratively. * Elevate Engineering Standards Champion clean code and robust testing frameworks. You don't just write code; you set the "gold standard" for the entire engineering culture. * Own the DFM Loop Work at the intersection of software and physics, collaborating with mechanical engineers to integrate our "Smartfins" logic into a seamless cloud experience. * Automate & Scale Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools, to enhance the deployment of our solutions. * Leverage Next-Gen Tools Accelerate the development lifecycle by expertly using AI-assisted tools (Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, and unit testing.

• A Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent "battle-tested" experience).
• 7+ Years of Engineering Excellence: A proven track record of building large-scale, customer-facing SaaS applications in fast-paced environments (Deep-Tech, Fintech, or High-Growth Startups).
• Full-Stack Sovereignty: Deep proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, C#, or Java) and a methodical approach to complex data systems.
• Cloud Native Expertise: Experience securing and scaling applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Founding Grit: You are adaptable and resilient. You excel at navigating shifting priorities and ensuring high-impact deliverables stay on track without "red tape."
