ERP Project Manager

You'll take the lead on ERP projects at our customers ; guiding both people and processes throughout the entire lifecycle. With your strong background in SAP or Microsoft ERP implementations,

your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of budgeting, planning, scope and timeline management.
• Leading the project team, ensuring smooth alignment between functional consultants, developers, architects and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitating workshops, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication.
• Monitoring risks, issues, dependencies and ensuring that actions are followed up.
• Safeguarding project quality and instilling best practices across the delivery.

You'll be part of a new and exciting area within delaware that focuses on this connected transformation. On top of our existing technical expertise, you'll help us to bring business knowledge and strategic thinking to our clients., You will translate the client's business requirements into SAP processes, from order to cash (quotations, sales orders, deliveries, shipments, billing documents). You are familiar with pricing, ATP (available to promise), MRP, Rebates and credit management.

You will use your expertise to question, explore and co-create new processes together with the customer based on best practices.

You will configure these processes in the SAP development system and test carefully the new implementations and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This involves identifying and resolving problems related to data, configuration and integration with other modules.

You organize training workshops and courses with the key users. This includes providing documentation, conducting training sessions and answering user questions.

You will collaborate closely with various colleagues in one team. • Have 3+ years of project management experience in SAP or Microsoft ERP environments (or proven end-to-end ERP project delivery).

• Know how to navigate complex environments and bring structure where needed.

You're a professional in the configuration of the TM flow, including planning & execution, charge calculation & settlement, cost distribution VSR, ASR, billing,… Preferably, you combine this experience with basic EWM knowledge to be able to execute the transportation planning in the warehouse, and implement the ASR integration between TM and EWM. Your knowledge and skills reach beyond user experience, as you are comfortable creating documentation or providing support or training.

Being involved in every aspect of the implementation process gives you energy. First, you analyze the needs of your customers and translate them into blueprints and technical designs. Next, you take care of the implementation and configuration processes, and last but not least, you organize training workshops and courses with the customer. From beginning to end, you like to be at the helm, driving your projects forward!

Collaborating with a close-knit team of various colleagues from SAP SD MM, EWM and PP motivates you. It gives you excellent insight into the bigger picture and teaches you plenty of new things. To you, your job is more than translating the customer's current processes into SAP.
